Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before an appointment are charged the full cost of the service. Exceptions are made only for documented emergencies that directly prevent attendance. To qualify as an emergency, the situation must be communicated as soon as possible and verified at our discretion, and we will review supporting information to determine whether a refund or rescheduling is appropriate.
Limitation of Liability
Espace Dixon is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this website or our text messaging service.
