15 minutes maximum for a full haircut.
We allow a 15-minute grace period after your session start time. After that we’ll contact you; we’ll use remaining time as best we can, but you’ll be charged for the full scheduled session.

Our cancellation fee is the full cost of the service except in cases of documented emergencies that directly prevent attendance; to qualify as an emergency, the situation must be communicated as soon as possible and verified at our discretion, and we will review supporting information to determine whether a refund or rescheduling is appropriate.

Cancel or reschedule using the same Square Booking method you used to book. Locate the confirmation text or booking link, make the changes, and that will automatically update our calendar and trigger a confirmation. If you cannot cancel or reschedule, please confirm it’s more than 12 hours before your session and see our cancellation policy.
Cancelling your appointment via an email, text, or DM on any social media platform doesn’t count - it must be done through Square and is fully your responsibility to manage.

2250 Hawkins St. (the Apartment building) has a free 2 hour parking lot with a few spots usually open. There is street parking on Hawkins.
The parking fairy usually helps out between the entrances to HotWorx and Nectar or along that side of the street on Hawkins.

Clean-ups are for established clients and can only be prebooked in person at espace DIXON.

Your hair donation means so much to Wigs for Kids, me, and the child who benefits from your hair. It is not taken for granted! When you book a Wigs for Kids haircut; we will take 25% off the total cost of the service.
We understand that the price of our services even with that discount may not be possible for all and we are still committed to donating and shipping the hair for you even if cut elsewhere.
Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to perform free services at this time.

To donate hair with us to send to Wigs for Kids, hair must be at least 12 inches long (though 14+ inches is highly preferred) and completely free of chemical treatments, dyes, or perms. It must be clean, entirely dry, and secured in multiple ponytails or braids before being cut.

Very occasionally a session may run over; we'll give you as much advance notice as possible if that impacts you.
If we start more than 15 minutes late, ultimately we guarantee a discount OR the option to reschedule with that discount. this will be enforced beginning 6/2/26
